About

About me

I have been coaching since 2010, and I am proud to hold Professional Certified Coach credentials from the International Coaching Federation. With over 2000 hours of coaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with clients from major tech companies such as Google, Facebook, and Uber, as well as various startups and more traditional industries. My clients range from individual contributors to mid-managers to vice-presidents and come from sales, finance, IT, marketing, HR and logistics.

My educational background includes a Master's degree in sociology, and my previous business experience encompasses roles in marketing for both Coca-Cola and Sprint Telecom. Later, I transitioned to the field of executive search, where I had the opportunity to work for top Russian and world agencies.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I also have a passion for sports and outdoor activities. I served as a race official for alpine skiing events like World and Europe Cups, and the Winter Olympics.  Adventure and exploration have been integral parts of my life for over three decades. I have ventured into hiking, climbing, and skiing in various breathtaking locations, including Siberia, China, the Swiss Alps, Argentina, and across the United States.

In addition to my professional and adventurous endeavors, family has always been a cornerstone of my life. After 26 years of marriage, I am now divorced and the parent of two grown-up kids, whose accomplishments and growth fill me with immense pride.

The dream to bring together hiking in the mountains and personal growth was first born from my own deep transformational experience during my adventures. Mountains are my spiritual home. I believe it’s my gift to the world – to bring people to the mountains to experience transformation. I offer a unique approach which includes group and individual nature retreats.

My clients appreciate my diverse international experience. They say, I am "good at transitions". Being born and raised in Siberia, I moved to Colorado, US at the age of 33 for a couple of years. It became my favorite place on the planet, and the dream of settling here was born. My next 14 years of life were guided by that dream. Colorado was followed by seven years in Moscow. Office job, hour long commute, two kids in school - it was a busy time. In 2012 I changed quite a few things at once: my family moved to Houston, Texas, coaching became my main profession and I transitioned from office job to being self-employed. The final transition to Colorado required a divorce. It felt like launching a rocket - the gravity pull of safety and comfort was immense.  And here I am - living my dream, writing the next chapter of my story.

Three moments to live for...

Standing at the top of the highest active volcano in Eurasia (in Russian Kamchatka peninsula) and calling my family in Houston over satellite phone

Smelling the juniper smoke  every morning  while trekking among magnificent peaks of the Himalaya

Coming to Denver on November 15th 2019 knowing that I just realized my biggest dream to live in Colorado. Back in 2005 I googled this picture and fell in love with this place. Best birthday gift for myself ever!
